The assessment isolates six attributable factual propositions about the Strait of Hormuz, the 2020 election, a Census Bureau analysis, a possible Canada agreement and Keystone XL.

The latest public Joint Maritime Information Center advisory said mine-danger areas remained active, warned of drifting or uncharted mines and stated that clearance and surveying operations were continuing. That directly contradicts the categorical claim that all mines had already been cleared.
Neutral vessels could still transit, so the strait was not literally sealed. But official maritime reporting described commercial traffic as suppressed to single-digit tanker movements, a severe threat environment, attacks and routing pressure; subsequent reporting also found traffic far below normal and no ships using the Omani route on the reviewed day. Calling the strait simply open and operating omits restrictions and disruption material to the claim's meaning.
The Bureau's beginning analysis did identify more than 24,000 commercial voter-file records that matched its high-confidence noncitizen standard. But record linkage is not an individual adjudication of illegal voting: the report relies partly on a commercial file, describes only a beginning analysis and leaves roughly 32 million voter records unresolved. The numeric finding is real, while describing it as proof of more than 24,000 crimes overstates what the methodology establishes.
The official Electoral College result was 306 votes for Joe Biden and 232 for Trump, and Congress counted those votes. The new Census Bureau analysis does not recalculate any state's certified result or establish enough unlawful ballots to change the outcome.
Trump's statement and the announced three-day tariff pause show that negotiations had advanced. But Canada publicly confirmed only calls and continuing negotiations, and neither government released terms or a joint agreement by the morning review. The existence and scope of the asserted deal therefore remained uncorroborated rather than disproved.
Biden revoked the pipeline's 2019 presidential permit on January 20, 2021. TC Energy suspended construction that day and later announced that it was terminating the project after consultation with Alberta. That supports the normalized historical policy claim; Trump's speculation that the project might now be revived is not rated.

The Census Bureau found more than 24,000 high-confidence noncitizen matches but did not prove 24,000 individual crimes or alter the certified 2020 result.
